Bryan Castro CFP™ joined Mollot & Hardy, Inc. in 2010. He has a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Music from the University of Rochester and a M.A. in School Psychology from the University at Buffalo. He began his financial planning career with Waddell and Reed in 2002 obtaining the Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2006.


He focuses his practice on helping individuals and couples plan for retirement. Bryan’s coordinated approach to financial planning integrates retirement income planning and social security distribution strategies with appropriate risk management. He currently teaches classes about Social Security and retirement in communities throughout Western New York. His goal is to empower his students and clients through education so they can make informed financial decisions.


He is an active member of the Larkin Leaders Club of Toastmasters International. He is involved in his community as a Den Leader in Cub Scouts and Religious Education teacher at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. He has a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and enjoys martial arts, personal development, and chess. He lives in Elma, NY with his wife and children.
